Our way. Your success.

Compliance

As a sustainable company, we would like to offer you the opportunity to submit your critical questions but also a complaint directly to us, in order to avoid possible damage to our company, our employees or even our business partners. Compliance with laws and internal regulations has the highest priority for us, so any misconduct must be recognised at an early stage and dealt with effectively.

In this context, we would like to highlight high-risk violations, including:

  • – Corruption, antitrust and money laundering offences.
  • Human rights and labour equality violations
  • Violations of environmental regulations
  • Violations against data protection
  • Violation of sanctions
  • or breaches of rules which are likely to cause serious damage to the reputation of the company
Please report within one year of learning of the problem in question. Only within this time frame can we ensure that the reported problem is investigated as quickly as possible. We aim to respond to your complaint within 25 business days. If it is not possible to reply within this period, we will of course keep you informed of the processing status, stating the time required for the final review. The exact processing procedure depends on the type of complaint. We differentiate here according to the procedure used, the initial assessment and the complexity of the allegations. If possible, we check the facts on site ourselves; if necessary, we ask you for further information. The person concerned is given – as early as possible – the opportunity to comment. As long as a violation has not been proven, the presumption of innocence applies to the person concerned. Incriminating as well as exculpatory facts are equally included in the investigation. The principle of proportionality is always observed and in each individual case it is examined which consequences are suitable, necessary and appropriate. If remedial measures are proposed and recommendations made in our response, these will be implemented within the company.

You can submit your complaint to us by giving your name (incl. contact details), but also anonymously. We assume that your report is made in good faith, so you can be sure that you will not suffer any disadvantages such as retaliation or discrimination. At your request, your report will be treated confidentially.
